How to prepare your artwork for production

Use our templates as guide to set up your artwork. We have a PDF production workflow and prefer to receive artwork as production ready PDF. If you need assistance, then please let us know. We are happy to help.

Preparing your artwork
For full colour printing, artwork should be supplied as a 300dpi, CMYK, flattened PDF. Spot colour printing artwork should be supplied as a CMYK formated PDF with all text converted to outlines and specifying the pantone colour reference required to be printed. Remember to exclude all guides except crop marks from the final artwork and feel free to include a sample for postiion if required.

If you can't supply correctly formatted artwork, there's no need to panic. We can usually generate production ready artwork from the following formats: Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF, EPS, JPEG, TIFF and even Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Publisher. We charge a flat fee of £10 per item. If your requirement is simply a logo and some basic text, you may find it useful for us to generate the artwork for a flat fee of £10. Simply email the logo and wording you require and we'll prepare a proof for your approval.
